These terms apply to the current Foresight XI Early Access service. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and understand the limitations below.
Important
Projections and recommendations are estimates
Foresight XI uses statistical models, public FPL data and optimisation to support your decisions. Football is uncertain. A projection, transfer, captaincy call, chip recommendation or Squad Builder result is not a guarantee of points, rank movement, player availability or future results.
You remain responsible for your own FPL decisions and for checking current information before acting, particularly around injuries, suspensions, deadlines, price changes and late team news.
The service
Early Access may change
Foresight XI is currently provided as a free Early Access service. Features, model behaviour, limits, infrastructure and availability may change as the product develops. The service may be temporarily limited or paused for maintenance, upstream-data problems, abuse prevention or operational safety.
Your account
Keep access secure
Use accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and do not allow another person to misuse your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password and sign out other sessions.
Acceptable use
Do not harm or bypass the service
- Do not attempt to access another user's account or private data.
- Do not bypass authentication, rate limits, queue controls or security measures.
- Do not use automation or repeated requests in a way that degrades service for others.
- Do not probe, exploit or interfere with infrastructure except through an explicitly authorised test.
- Do not use Foresight XI for unlawful activity or to distribute harmful content.
Accounts or traffic may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure or the integrity of the service.
Data & third parties
Public FPL data can change or be delayed
Foresight XI relies on public Fantasy Premier League data and independent infrastructure providers. Upstream data may be delayed, unavailable or corrected after an analysis is generated. Foresight XI may therefore wait rather than generate a decision from data known to be incomplete.
Foresight XI is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Premier League.
Availability & liability
No guarantee of uninterrupted service
The service is provided on an Early Access basis and may experience interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, Foresight XI is provided without a promise that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular FPL outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
